Responsibilities
- Perform building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, skylight installations, and window replacements.
- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure project success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in construction or related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common construction tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
