About the role

This role is responsible for managing and growing the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment. Key responsibilities include developing long-term relationships, consulting with customers, and achieving annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
• Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
• Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
• Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in inside or outside HVAC sales or Technical Sales or HVAC technician experience.
• Ability to pass an MVR background check.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Rental Industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
