Commercial/ HOA Account Manager- Sales
About the role
Pest USA is a family-owned and operated company established in 1971. We are seeking a motivated Commercial/ HOA Account Manager to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new commercial business and community associations through in-person visits and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow accounts
- Partner with referral sources such as property managers, real estate agents, and builders
- Evaluate customer needs, including conducting property inspections when needed
- Present customized pest control solutions and clearly communicate service value
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (3-4 proposals per day on average)
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
Requirements
- A driven, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys working in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a track record of success in sales and customer service. Previous experience in pest control or related fields is preferred but not required.
