Commercial Relationship Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquires new members and expands/exchanges existing relationships.
• Interviews applicants, gathers information, analyzes financial status, and structures loans.
• Prepares financing proposals and ensures loan documentation is complete and accepted by the applicant.
• Maintains loan portfolios, manages renewals, modifications, and collections, and monitors the portfolio.
• Collaborates with departmental leadership to prepare for exams, audits, and reviews.
• Provides feedback on process, procedure, and policy improvements.
• Maintains effective communication and coordination with REV personnel and management.
• Completes reports, records, and other required documentation.
• Serves as a non-voting member of the Business Loan Committee.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related lending experience.
• Experience with credit administration, business deposit origination and development, Treasury Management, and loan workout and remedies.
• Excellent follow-up, communication, organizational, critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills.
