Responsibilities

  • Predominantly make loans to credit-worthy borrowers, responding to requests from existing customers and proactively seeking new business from non-bank customers.
  • Ensure the collection on past due accounts and continuously monitor the assigned loan portfolio for any signs of credit deterioration.
  • Maintain and adjust loan pricing to ensure adequate yields are being maintained.
  • Provide complete and accurate loan documentation and required collateral documentation to the Loan Administration Department on all loans made.
  • Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the organization’s values and following established company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in community involvement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations, procedures, and experience in credit and/or collections preferred.
  • A four-year business degree with emphasis on accounting and/or finance and one year credit analyst experience from a financial institution.
  • Thorough documentation abilities and underwriting skills are needed.
  • Proven business development skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and communicate strengths and weaknesses accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of all bank services.

Qualifications
