Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

Responsibilities And Duties

• Drive a company vehicle visiting medical, biotechnology, and research laboratories.
• Represent the company and provide valuable service for clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on critical instrumentation.
• Record data during adjustments or verification of calibration of measuring equipment.
• Maintain tools and standards in good working order.
• Exercise familiarity with standards such as CLIA, GLP, and cGMP.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Enjoy variety in tasks and locations each day.

Experience/Qualifications

• Familiarity and experience with lab equipment.
• Refrigeration experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Job Skills

• Refrigeration repair and installation.
• Use of hand and power tools.

Physical Requirements

• Eyesight correctable to 20/50.
• Able to work long hours on your feet.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Must provide own basic hand tools.

Hourly Range

$35 - $65 per hour
