Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. - Conduct thorough inspections and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery. - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC/R installation and maintenance. - Certification in HVAC/R preferred but not required. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and HVAC/R diagnostic equipment. - Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
