Our client, a regional financial institution with national reach, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their growing Commercial Real Estate Banking team in Fredericksburg, VA.
The incumbent will handle commercial real estate transactions ranging from $3MM to $50MM.

- Portfolio monitoring
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting or portfolio management with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
- Bachelor’s degree required
