About the role
The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Commercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Capitalize on a consistent stream of qualified leads generated by the Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions by providing specialized real estate solutions to existing business clients.
- Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
- Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence.
- Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide clients with data-driven insights on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate commercial properties, assess cash flow, and provide clients with financial projections and investment strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.
Requirements
- Obtain a Texas Real Estate license and pass a full background check.
- Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required.
