About the role
Orlando based commercial firm seeking Real Estate Attorney.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial real estate development, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in commercial real estate.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
