Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and development work.
• Draft, review, and negotiate comprehensive transaction documents.
• Manage thorough title, survey, and due diligence matters.
• Assume direct client-facing responsibilities and manage significant individual project components.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional practice.
• Education & Credentials: Exceptional academic records from a nationally recognized law school; admitted to practice in California.
• Skills: Superior legal drafting skills, robust analytical capabilities, and razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Attributes: Strong organizational ability, self-motivated to work independently, and a strong collaborative mindset.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $250,000 - $325,000 annually. Final base salary offers depend on candidate experience level, educational background, and relevant industry practice.
