Purpose

The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a 10-week intensive training designed for individuals ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Trained directly by ELIFIN's CEO and the top producers in the market, this program prepares participants to become successful full-time agents.

What You'll Do

• Train directly with ELIFIN's CEO and top-producing agents
• Become an expert in your specialized area of focus
• Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle
• Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling
• Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours
• Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development
• Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence
• Build the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base needed to perform at a high level from day one

Who This Program Is For

• Recent college graduates or current students in their final semester
• Individuals with prior sales experience in CRE (preferred but not required)
• Able to live without guaranteed income for the 6 months of ramp time as a new commission-only agent
• Desire to coachable, driven, and relentlessly opportunistic
• Willing to push through discomfort and communicate effectively with business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals
• Seeking freedom, flexibility, and the ability to earn uncapped income

The expectation is for top performers to transition into a full-time CRE Agent role at ELIFIN®, where income potential is uncapped and tied directly to your results.
