Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract potential buyers.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation strategies and close deals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide accurate advice.
  • Support clients through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Utilize company‑provided systems to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of being self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

First‑year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+.

Compensation: $112,500 – $225,000 yearly.
