About the role
Help shape the tenant experience and grow your career in commercial real estate as a Commercial Property Manager with a fast-growing Portland-based company.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on day-to-day operations across a portfolio of six commercial properties in the Portland metro area.
- Manage vendor relationships, keep communications with tenants clear and responsive, and ensure lease terms are followed.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of service and property performance through advanced financial analysis for annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis using real estate accounting and proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Show detail-oriented and organizational skills in interpreting complex lease documents and managing multiple tasks.
- Communicate proactively and demonstrate a head for numbers and property care.
- Be based fully on-site and travel regularly between properties, with occasional on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property management software and financial analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred
Qualifications
- Financial acumen and comfort with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to interpret complex lease documents

Schedule
