About the role
Responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish, including budget management, team coordination, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Manage project teams and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs and expectations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
