Commercial Project Delivery Manager - Solar & Battery

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead commercial solar projects from contract turnover through final commissioning.
- Career development and operational coordination.
- Support hiring, workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, engineering coordination, customer communication, and field execution.
- Coordinate with utility companies, inspectors, AHJs, engineering partners, and subcontractors.
- Work directly alongside our Operations Leadership Team and ownership to help coordinate all aspects of commercial project delivery and operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of commercial solar project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial photovoltaic projects from contract award through commissioning.
- Experience managing field personnel, construction superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and installation crews on active job sites.
- Strong understanding of commercial solar construction, electrical systems, scheduling, procurement, safety, inspections, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating engineering, permitting, utility interconnection, and AHJ inspections.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to project sites throughout our service territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- NABCEP certification or other renewable energy credentials.
- Experience with commercial battery storage projects.
- Experience with ERP, scheduling, or project management platforms.
Compensation
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per month
