COMMERCIAL POST CLOSING REPRESENTATIVE I

About this position

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time (40 hrs./wk.) Commercial Post Closing Representative I based out of our Calumet Street branch in Appleton or De Pere branch!

Responsibilities

• Supports the commercial team in delivering an industry-leading member experience for our commercial members.
• Aids in the execution of post-closing functions consistent with loan policies, procedures, and standards of the credit union.
• Provides guidance to department team members as needed regarding processes and procedures to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college education or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
