Commercial Plumbing - Fixtures Project Manager
About the role
Ferguson is seeking a Commercial Plumbing - Fixtures Project Manager to support Commercial Plumbing Fixtures projects from start to finish. This position is based in the Cleveland or Columbus, OH area.
Responsibilities
- Cook up all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it's done on time and under budget
- Keep track of project costs
- Be the main person in touch with the customers and the project overall, delivering top-notch customer service
- Recommend products and services that suit the clients' business needs
- Create project plans, outline tasks, timelines, resources needed, and dependencies
- Keep tabs on the project's progress and performance against the plan; fix issues and prevent delays
- Collaborate with partners and clients to define project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
- Host project meetings and produce regular reports to keep everyone updated
- Make sure supplies, materials, and equipment are delivered on time
- Secure and ensure the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Ensure accurate billing of the project
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales and Project Management experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Commercial Plumbing knowledge is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay
The starting wage for this role is $4,766.67 - $7,625.00 per month, depending on location and local or state wage requirements. This role is also eligible for bonuses or incentives.
Schedule
This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.
