About the role
Williams is the Northwest’s largest plumbing contractor, offering a range of projects from hospitals to high-end custom homes. The company prides itself on having the largest apprentice program in the state and leading the way in commercial plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects
- Management of project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors
- Closely working with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations
- Leading project kickoff meetings, coordinating manpower, and monitoring jobsite progress
- Maintaining safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Building strong relationships with clients and representing the company professionally on every project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing
- Solid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and general contractors
- Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
