Commercial Plumbing - Fixtures Project Manager

About the role

Ferguson is seeking a Commercial Plumbing - Fixtures Project Manager to support Commercial Plumbing Fixtures projects from start to finish. This position will be based in the Cleveland or Columbus, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Cook up all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it's completed on time and within budget
• Maintain project pricing
• Act as the point of contact for customers and the project overall, providing top-notch customer service
• Recommend products and services that align well with clients' business needs
• Develop project plans, outline project tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
• Ensure the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
• Ensure accurate billing of the project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales and Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
• Commercial Plumbing knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
• Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay

Pay Range: $4,766.67 - $7,625.00 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
