About the role

The Commercial Plumbing Design Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed plumbing estimates for commercial projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing estimates for commercial projects
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate project scope
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
• Experience with plumbing estimating software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
