Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large-scale plumbing projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, and equipment in commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
• Test systems to verify proper operation and identify potential problems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber or similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work in various environments and heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of green plumbing technologies and sustainable practices.
• Ability to operate plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.

Salary: $35.08 to $71.76 Per Hour
