Commercial Plumber

About the role

SMITH-BOUGHAN MECHANICAL, INC., an industry leading mechanical contractor in West Central Ohio since 1927, is searching for experienced commercial Plumbers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings drainage systems & fixtures in a commercial environment.
• Read and follow blueprints and plans.
• Collaborate with General Contractors and other trades and construction professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum Years of Experience Required: 5 Years (preferred)
• Minimum Years of Education Required: Associates Degree or equivalent field experience
• Must be Authorized to Work in the US
• Travel: Minimal

Qualifications/Skills

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and common safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.
• Plan pipe systems and related equipment installations.
• Heating and cooling hydronic piping installation.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements.

$50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience
