About the role
A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial customer relationships
- Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
- Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
- Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
- Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
- Maintain commercial stocking programs
- Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain core bank and commercial returns
- Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills
- Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, friendly communication, safety knowledge, organizational skills, ability to work various shifts, and understanding of commercial profitability concepts.
Education and Certifications
- Necessary for success: High school diploma or GED, ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
- Walking, standing, reaching, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
Work Environment
- Usually working inside, occasionally outside, exposed to various weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $20.75 to $23.09 per hour for a new team member, depending on various factors.
