Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with commercial customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by providing consultative recommendations and solutions.
- Assist customers with identifying the correct automotive parts using electronic catalogs and parts lookup systems.
- Source hard-to-find parts through factory distribution, special orders, and secondary suppliers.
- Maintain commercial stocking programs and build relationships with outside vendors and suppliers.
- Process commercial credit transactions, returns, and core exchanges accurately.
- Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocking, and organization of merchandise.
- Ensure previous day returns are processed, counted, and stocked appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, staging area, and sales floor.
- Safely deliver parts to commercial customers as needed.
- Dispatch delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members while partnering with management on training and development.
- Assist with maintaining proper driver coverage and delivery schedules.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive parts sales or commercial parts experience preferred.
- Previous experience supporting commercial automotive customers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Previous leadership or team mentoring experience.
- ASE Parts Specialist (P2) Certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to source parts from multiple vendors and distribution channels.

- Full Time/ Shift may vary -- Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:30 am - 6pm
