Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with commercial customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by providing consultative recommendations and solutions.
  • Assist customers with identifying the correct automotive parts using electronic catalogs and parts lookup systems.
  • Source hard-to-find parts through factory distribution, special orders, and secondary suppliers.
  • Maintain commercial stocking programs and build relationships with outside vendors and suppliers.
  • Process commercial credit transactions, returns, and core exchanges accurately.
  • Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocking, and organization of merchandise.
  • Ensure previous day returns are processed, counted, and stocked appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, staging area, and sales floor.
  • Safely deliver parts to commercial customers as needed.
  • Dispatch delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members while partnering with management on training and development.
  • Assist with maintaining proper driver coverage and delivery schedules.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive parts sales or commercial parts experience preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting commercial automotive customers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Previous leadership or team mentoring experience.
  • ASE Parts Specialist (P2) Certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to source parts from multiple vendors and distribution channels.

  • Full Time/ Shift may vary -- Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:30 am - 6pm
