Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Assist all customers in selecting required parts accurately
- Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and other information
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Participate with the Parts Manager in maintaining lost sales
Requirements
- 1 year of dealership parts experience or 5 years of aftermarket parts experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to lift and carry parts of various sizes and weights
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
