Commercial Operations Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to lead and scale our Commercial Title platform, including commercial escrow, construction escrow, underwriting, and 1031 Exchange Services. This role is responsible for end-to-end commercial operations—from process design and technology optimization to training, compliance, and performance metrics. You will partner closely with the President of Commercial Services and senior leaders across the company to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting continued growth and expansion into new states.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial operations across commercial title, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange Services
• Evaluate current workflows, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement consistent, scalable operating procedures
• Maximize use of SoftPro and related technology; introduce enhancements or outsourced solutions where appropriate
• Partner with senior leadership to define products, terminology, metrics, and organizational structure
• Build and implement training programs, onboarding standards, and best practices across the commercial platform
• Establish and track operational KPIs (productivity, turnaround times, workload distribution, open/canceled orders, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, escrow, and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
• Oversee commitment issuance, policy production, recording processes, document management, and remittance workflows
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer service or operational issues
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration

$150,000 - $175,000
