Key Responsibilities For The Commercial Operations Manager Lead the end-to-end order-to-revenue process, ensuring orders move accurately from customer purchase through invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition.Manage and develop a team responsible for order administration, procurement coordination, invoicing, and financial transaction support.Partner closely with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.Oversee vendor purchases, customer invoicing, payment terms, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.Serve as a key business partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and support process improvement initiatives.
