Essential Functions
- Conducts the onboarding and offboarding processes for Commercial team members.
- Functions as the primary point of contact to ensure a smooth and efficient experience (IT tickets, phone procurement, distribution lists, CRM license assignment).
- Maintains and optimizes onboarding processes, materials, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinates the necessary Credentialing activities to ensure compliance with various hospital requirements.
- Collects certification documentation and provides in a timely manner.
- Maintains audit-ready records and escalates issues of non-compliance accordingly.
- Maintains state licensing compliance for applicable states and team members.
- Maintains the annual renewal process by collecting and following up on required documentation.
- Monitors state licensing compliance and escalates issues of non-compliance.
- Administers the Anktiva vial replacement program according to the defined process and policy.
- Monitors and routes replacement requests for approval.
- Maintains accurate documentation and communicates effectively with requestors.
- Recommends process and policy updates as needed.
- Investigates vial order anomalies using knowledge of the ImmunityBio distribution model.
- Gathers relevant information and recommends next steps to authorize any exceptions on non-standard orders.
- Standardizes and archives all Commercial operations materials, including master personnel rosters and functional organizational charts.
- Manages SOPs and cross-functional workflow documentation to ensure internal audit readiness and operational scalability.
- Facilitates the development and maintenance of the Commercial SharePoint environment and supports field communications.
- Manages the Commercial SharePoint environment.
- Supports field communications.
- Leads project management activities for the Commercial Operations team and the management of the associated contracts and purchase orders.
- Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.

- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments in the organization.
Working Environment / Physical Environment
- This position works on site as noted in your offer letter.
- Regular work schedule is Monday – Friday, within standard business hours.
- Flexibility is available with manager approval.
