Commercial Marketing Manager – UK/Europe

Position Summary

The Commercial Marketing Manager, UK & Europe, is responsible for driving the commercial marketing strategy, planning, and activation of Light & Wonder's iGaming content portfolio across the region. As a key member of the regional marketing team, the role will help establish and evolve commercial marketing capabilities across UK and European markets, strengthening operator partnerships and increasing the visibility and impact of Light & Wonder's games, studios, and products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, or Go-to-Market roles within iGaming or a related industry.
• Experience working with iGaming operators or suppliers, with exposure to promotions, CRM, or player engagement initiatives.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into action.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
