About the role

This is a high impact, commercially accountable role at the centre of Riviera Travel’s North America growth strategy. As Commercial Marketing Manager, you will drive revenue through trade partnerships, performance led campaigns, and targeted offline activity, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable bookings and commercial return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade first marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Activate and grow partnerships across consortia, host agencies, and top performing advisors
  • Create campaigns that drive lead generation, agent engagement, and bookings
  • Support the Sales team with campaign toolkits, partner assets, and event marketing
  • Deliver performance driven offline campaigns including direct mail, print media, and events
  • Ensure campaigns are measurable and optimised against ROI, cost per lead, and acquisition
  • Align activity to key itineraries, load factors, and seasonal demand
  • Own campaign performance across cost, conversion, and revenue contribution metrics
  • Track, report, and optimise performance against defined commercial KPIs
  • Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to prioritise spend and reallocate budget where required
  • Manage external agency partners including PR and marketing agencies
  • Ensure agency delivery is aligned to commercial goals and measurable outcomes
  • Brief, manage, and evaluate partners against clear KPIs
  • Act as a key bridge between Sales, commercial teams, and global marketing
  • Ensure campaigns are locally relevant, commercially prioritized, and delivered at pace

Skills, Experience & Competencies

  • 5–8+ years in commercial marketing, preferably within, Travel, cruise, or tour operating or adjacent sectors (hospitality, luxury, experiential retail)
  • Proven experience working with, Travel advisors / trade distribution, Partnership or channel marketing
  • Strong background in offline and performance-led marketing
  • Highly commercial mindset, comfortable owning revenue-linked KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the trade ecosystem in North America, lead generation and conversion funnels
  • Experience managing agency partners and external suppliers
  • Data-driven, able to analyze performance and optimize quickly
  • Able to operate independently in a lean, growth-stage environment
