Commercial Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

About the role

The Commercial Maintenance Technician/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of commercial facilities. This includes ensuring all systems are functioning properly and addressing any issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service requests and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in using common tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
