Position Title: Commercial Maintenance Technician Location: Grand Rapids, MI Pay Rate: $28.00/hour Position Description Join our team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, and play a vital role in maintaining and repairing commercial properties across the region. You will provide essential services including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems, grounds, and equipment. Your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC will ensure our customers' facilities remain in top condition. This full-time contract-to-hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction are priorities. Travel to various customer sites and utilize your technical skills to deliver exceptional service, enhance property value, and support client relationships.
