About the role
The Overnight Commercial Maintenance Technician position is available in Staten Island, NY. This role is also available in Cinnaminson, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep commercial facilities operational and safe.
- Respond to emergency calls to address urgent maintenance issues.
- Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in commercial maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment used in commercial maintenance.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
