Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic repairs (drywall, paint touch-ups, fixtures, doors, etc.)
  • Perform light plumbing and electrical fixes (non-licensed scope)
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks across all homes
  • Absorb minor equipment and appliance issues
  • Turn over rooms within a 2-day window when a resident moves out — patch any holes, touch up paint, and ensure the room is fresh and ready for the next occupant

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in handyman/maintenance work
  • Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Detail-oriented — you notice the small things
  • Dependable and consistent — when you commit to your schedule, you show up
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat, on your feet, lifting and operating equipment
  • Comfortable moving between three properties in one day
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repair work
  • Respectful, patient, and friendly demeanor — you'll be working around senior residents daily
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full time: 40 hours per week
  • Consistent, steady, year-round work across all three properties
  • Top-of-market pay for the right candidate
