About the role

Seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive maintenance services across commercial properties
  • Ensure facilities operate smoothly and safely
  • Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot building systems and complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other trades as needed
  • Travel to various customer sites using a company vehicle
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to maintaining attractive, functional facilities by executing minor repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications or trade experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to travel locally

Schedule

1st Shift – Mon to Fri 8:00am to 4:30 pm some nights and weekends.
