About the role

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Division.

Responsibilities

• Commercial maintenance in office buildings.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Customer service.
• Rotating On-Call.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, iinsured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.

Pay

$22-28/hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.
