Responsibilities
- Perform commercial maintenance in office buildings
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Handle grounds maintenance
- Troubleshoot light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Provide customer service
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (may be eligible for an on-call bonus)
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check to work in government-occupied spaces
Pay
$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
