About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Processor / Loan Documentation Specialist to join a financial institution in Northwest Arizona that is expanding its lending team and needs strong back-office support to keep pace with its growth. This is an in-office role and will be the backbone of the lending department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new and renewed commercial loans from approval through closing, using LaserPro.
• Order and track title, appraisals, flood certifications, and insurance.
• Work directly with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies.
• Review every file for accuracy and exceptions before it closes.

Qualifications

• Commercial loan processing or documentation experience.
• Hands‑on LaserPro knowledge.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working closely with a small lending team.
