Commercial Loan Officer I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
• Senior-level lending position for Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
• Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele
• Participation in various community and public events
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures
• Extraordinary customer service at all times
• Absentee business development calls required
• Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
• Currrent working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
• Ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
• Promotion of Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
• Willingness to participate in community events
• Absentee business development calls required
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
