Commercial Loan Officer

About the role

Develop, manage, and grow a commercial portfolio throughout Utah County by building relationships with business owners, centers of influence, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify lending opportunities
• Recommend commercial loan and deposit solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses at every stage of growth
• Review financial statements, business tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk
• Structure sound lending solutions and present recommendations for approval

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial credit, SBA lending, portfolio management, relationship management, or a related commercial banking role

Qualifications

• Understanding of commercial credit analysis, business financial statements, cash flow analysis, and business tax returns
• Experience in networking and business development
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to client service
