Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with local farmers and commercial business owners
• Understand financial goals and needs of clients
• Structure loan solutions to help clients succeed
• Analyze credit information
• Conduct site visits
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless loan processing

Requirements

• A strong background in finance and agriculture
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess creditworthiness and risk
• Top-notch communication skills to build rapport with members and present complex financial information
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, loan origination systems, and credit analysis software
• Detail-oriented and organized to navigate loan documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lending or related field
• Knowledge of agricultural finance and business practices
• Ability to meet federal and state regulatory requirements
