Responsibilities
- Complete a thorough pre-closing review of entity organizational documents and collateral information, including UCCs, title searches and/or title commitments, appraisals, environmental due diligence, and flood determinations.
- Utilize Loan Guidelines and commercial procedures to ensure documents are prepared in accordance with approval documents.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the Loan Fulfillment team, Relationship Managers, CB S's, Credit Underwriters, in-house legal counsel, and Loan Servicing to resolve any issues or answer questions prior to releasing the closing package.
- Prepare loan documents utilizing special loan software to produce accurate and complete loan documents.
- Prepares template documents outside of loan software (i.e., Rate Modifications & Due Date Changes).
- Manage workflow to ensure adherence to service level expectations.
- Serve as a resource to complete second reviews or document preparation for pre-closing specialists during high volumes.
- Exhibit flexibility in response to the changing banking environment.
- Aid in training new team members, creating and updating processes and procedures for the department.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide options and solutions when issues arise.
- Track upcoming letter of credit expiration dates.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum five years of experience working with commercial lending documentation.
- High level of knowledge of loan documents, Bank loan policy and Commercial Guidelines & Procedures.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- (For Manager) Experience with or aptitude for managing a team of associates in a high intensity environment with service level expectations.
