Commercial Loan Administrator

About the role

Act as a liaison and advisor to Consumer and Commercial Loan Officers and Senior Lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, from pre-approval through loan closing and ongoing loan maintenance.

Manage team workload by delegating tasks and providing guidance to other members of the branch Commercial Loan Administration team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage, organize, and maintain the commercial loan pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely updates without prompting.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers, taking ownership of processes to ensure smooth and timely workflow management.
• Utilize multiple systems to track, order, create, and maintain a variety of files (commercial—both large and small businesses), records, and databases.
• Demonstrate ability to complete cross-departmental projects, driving results with a proactive, self-directed approach.
• Conduct relationship activities consistent with Bank policies, procedures, and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
