Responsibilities

• Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
• Engage in forward-facing client interactions
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
• Outstanding litigation, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven research capabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Driven and collaborative professional
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Ohio and West Virginia license and experience is a plus
