Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings for Commercial Litigation attorneys in our Boston office with one to four years of experience. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Develop and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written briefs
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Handle assignments independently with minimal supervision
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions
Requirements
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
Qualifications
- One to four years of experience, though all experience levels welcome
- Trial experience preferred but not required

Pay
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. The firm's current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
