About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking experienced Commercial Litigation Attorneys in their Las Vegas office. They welcome applications from candidates with one to four years of experience, though all levels are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various types of commercial litigation, including employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, and general liability matters.
- Handle assignments independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong trial experience.
- Conduct legal research and develop persuasive arguments in support of client interests.
- Prepare and present evidence in court, including at hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Nevada.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- A strong academic background and proven research abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the firm's specialized practice areas is preferred but not required.
- Driven team player with a passion for litigation and client service.
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.
