About the Role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, seeks attorneys specializing in Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation. Ideal candidates will work closely with and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in these practice areas, gaining hands-on experience in litigation strategy, client interaction, sophisticated motion practice, and real estate transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex, high-stakes litigation across the country
• Develop and execute litigation strategies
• Engage in client interactions and sophisticated motion practice
• Participate in real estate transactional work (a plus)
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong academic background
• Outstanding writing and research skills
• Highly motivated, driven team player with exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Litigation experience is a must; real estate transactional experience is a plus

Pay

National base salary ranges:

• Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
