Responsibilities
- Handle commercial defense litigation with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in client interactions and case strategy development
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in Indiana
- Strong academic background and proven litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage assignments independently
- Driven team player with excellent research skills
