Commercial Litigation Attorney – Shareholder / LLC

Position: Litigation Attorney Type: Contract Compensation: $100 - $150/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Draft litigation documents including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery materials.Develop and update case theory and strategy based on emerging facts and instructions.Identify and articulate rubric criteria for strong legal responses.Incorporate feedback from senior professionals efficiently.Highlight ambiguities or procedural hurdles for resolution by senior contributors. Requirements Licensed attorney with bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.Have strong relevant experience in litigation, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice.Specialized background in Shareholder/LLC litigation, including fiduciary duty and governance issues.Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality work for shareholder/LLC disputes.Exceptional written English skills and fluency in legal drafting.
